Onward Consulting Group was founded by Itumeleng Segaloe, who started the firm as GS Segaloe Associates, offering business advisory services to small enterprises. Over the years, the firm expanded its focus, with Onward Strategies specializing in strategy consulting, Onward Research focusing on research, monitoring, and evaluation, and Onward Corporation serving as a general consulting and investment company. In 2009, all these brands and services were consolidated under Onward Consulting Group, which has since become a trusted partner for organizations seeking transformation and growth.
